Using the website

The website is provided for information about ASSUR.AI and for checking the standing of organisations that hold ASSUR.AI membership. You may use it for those purposes, provided you use it lawfully. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with how the website works
• use automated tools to copy or extract content from the website, except as search engines ordinarily do

The Trust Register

The Trust Register exists so that anyone can check a specific organisation’s ASSUR.AI standing. An entry shows that organisation’s status at the moment you view it.

Register information is provided by members and published in good faith. If you are relying on a member’s standing for a significant decision, check the live entry at the time, not a saved copy or screenshot.

You may not scrape, bulk-extract or republish register data, or use it to build marketing or contact lists.

No advice

The information on this website is general. Nothing on it is legal, regulatory or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. An ASSUR.AI Trustmark shows that an organisation has been assessed against our published Standard; it is assurance, not certification.

Our content and trade marks

The content of this website, including its text, design and graphics, is owned by or licensed to ASSUR.AI Ltd. You may view it, print it and quote short extracts with attribution to ASSUR.AI for your own non-commercial use. You must not reproduce substantial parts of it without our written permission.

ASSUR.AI is a registered trade mark of the Oxford Centre for Artificial Intelligence, an independent company limited by guarantee, and is used by ASSUR.AI Ltd under licence. The ASSUR.AI name, logo, badges and Trustmark may not be used without permission. Only members may display a badge or Trustmark, and only as their membership terms allow. Nobody may use them in a way that suggests an endorsement or a standing that has not been earned.
